GREAT BRITAIN: 1904; Ritzy dog with top hat and cigar, subtle coloring .with pants and a walking stick, this a proper pooch nicely hand-drawn with even a decorative branch under address, initialed c.w.w. in pencil. The front (tear). Addressed to Sargent W.S. Perry in India bearing a 1904 green & red 2d. Edward tied by WOOLWICH NO 25 04 c.d.s.. A fun illustration .
