USED to Chile: Via French Airmail 1934, King George V re-engraved ?Seahorse?, 2s6d chocolate brown, 1936, King George V (photogravure), 1s, 6d ,all tied by a single faint ?LONDON F.S.? wavy-line machine cancel (date unreadable but must be June, 1936) on delicate airmail envelope bearing British By Air Mail” and Dutch Med LUFTPOST” airmail labels, hand endorsed ?Via France? and commercially addressed to Santiago. On reverse ?PARIS R.P. AVION/20 VI 1936? slogan transit and sender?s oval cachet. A few wrinkles typical for this type of paper. Ex-Klempka, album notes accompany. (SG 50,449,426 ) Est.
