Griqualand West: Used to London, 1878 6p dull violet “G” overprint, type 11 ,well centered some perforation tips with gum aging, tied by KIMBERLEY MR 11 1879 2-line circular date stamp on somewhat toned envelope (one tear) bearing CAPE TOWN transit and LONDON 12 AP 79 receiver. very rare Ex Burrus APR 3 1963 1969 (pencilled on reverse).
