The envelope was probably sent by Elmer R Bondley (1874?1964) to his wife Emma R Bondley (1878-1959) based upon the Valentines Day postmark. Elmer was a post office employee and member of the Marion Stamp and Coin Club. Cute that both the husband and wife had the initials E.R.
