GREAT BRITAIN: 1907 1d scarlet; typical, but rare British Black humorous hand-drawn front , ,depicting young boy pushing a cart with an address and “Smile Bill” from Hammersmith to Stepney. The stamp is tied to front by Hammersmith FE 21 07 c.d.s.. “used”, signed on reverse, very fine .
